Have you personally tried putting cayenne pepper in your socks? I have problems with cold feet in the winter, a problem that stems from frost bite incurred when playing outdoor hockey back in college. Would the cayenne pepper not irritate the skin, though?
I was wondering the same thing. Cant hurt to try it though. I may actually. However more than cold feet, I have a problem with cold fingers, but I'm not about to sprinkle cayenne pepper into my gloves.
