ZINC ====A diet deficient in zinc- recent studies in the University of Kentucky, Scientist had discovered that it will lead to cardiovascular disease later. The researchers believe that zinc may help fortify cells that line arteries.Additional information I gathered from other health book materials-Zinc may be lowered by
diarrhea,kidney diseases, cirrhosis of the liver, diabetes, or the consumption of fiber causes zinc to be excreted through the intestinal tract.A deficiency of zinc may also result in the loss of the senses of taste and smell, hair loss, impotence, infertility, prostate trrouble, hair loss and impaired night vision and many more.

Food source of zinc: brewer's yeast, egg yolks, fish, lamb or goat, lima beans, mushrooms, meat, soybeans, poulty, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds.

Ingesting high levels of copper can reduce lung function and increase the risk of obstructive airway disease. Other than that excessive intake of copper can lead to toxicity associated with depression, nervousness, joint and muscle pains, irritability, nausea and vomiting. Nowaday pipes are made with
coppers as they said it's long lasting. If you have old copper pipes, you can minimize your risk by running tap water through a faucet system such as Brita Filter.

Early morning sunshine not only strengthen your bones to prevent osteoporosis but also prevent colon cancer.

Sunshine is rich in Vitamin D;. also look for food fortified with Vitamin D. such as cheese and cheese products: dips and spreads.

Diet rich in fruits and vegetables helps prevent pancreatic cancer.
Foods strongly recommended: onions, garlic, beans, carrots, dark leafy vegetables, cruciferous vegetables
(broccoli, cabbage, brussels sprouts) and oranges.

They cut the chance of developing this deadly form of cancer by 50%. People who ate 5 servings of vegetables a day had the lowest risk.
