So where re you going this summer? I was asked by my friend. Well, of course I will spend my vacation to some tropical place. I want to enjoy it, besides it is only once a year. A great number of us would readily say family.

If I have to live my life again, I would need to overhaul my priorities, to re-channel the efforts that I have been exerting with passions and commitment.

I thought all along the way that all of my hardship in the company to the max to get a promotion, I am doing it all for the family.

But I was wrong.

Today I know better.

When my wife or daughter is on the phone I make sure that I attend to them first, never mind if there are urgent things to attend or papers to submit to my superior, after all they can wait for 10! minutes.....but if I deny the 10 minutes that is so important to them, it would have a lasting effect than to my Boss who might be replaced in a couple of years.

My family is my top priority, period.

It is not a choice between my family and my career.

MY FAMILY IS THE REASON WHY I NEED A CAREER.

My career will come and go, employers can come and go but one's family will remain even beyond the grave.

They even take care of our graves.

Before when there is an affairs in school of my children, I'd tend to pre-ponderate toward the official duty and delegate the affairs of my kids to my wife.

I used to operate on the paradigm that I should focus on the duty first before pleasure.

Now I know that MY first duty is toward my loved ones.

I should put my time where my heart belongs.

Today if I will to do it all over again, I'd reverse my priorities.

My son will only graduate once in elementary and only once in high school, I will make sure I will be there, I will file my vacation leave and if my Boss rejected it because I need to attend to a company function where I am required to attend, I would still go to my kids graduation no matter what the consequences are.

This time I am willing to become an average corporate officer, a so-so business executive but a great father.

I'm willing to be reprimanded by my Boss for a late report but not hated by a daughter for not remembering her birthday every year.....I will take her out the whole day and cherish the moments every minute because I know that I could not back the time and when she grow up and I will do it later, it might be too late.

There are more important matters compared to corporate business meetings.

Family, peace and love- these are the ones that matter most.

BUT I SPEAK ONLY FOR MYSELF.

He's got everything and he lost everything.

That is the tragedy of it all.

As for me, I know better.

After all the pains, the burdens of mistaken priorities, I have made my choice.

Anytime, anywhere, my family comes first.

My career, my business, my outside clients, all my other pursuits are only means to the end of all my sacrifices, my wife, my sons, my daughters, my family.

I shall thus manage my various objectives well.

I am very cautious when it comes with my cellphone. I only changed twice my cellphone ever since I bought my first one. My first one was Motorola which is monochrome and made in Singapore. The correct way to cook instant noodles

The correct way to cook instant noodles without harming our bodies and health. Normally, how we cook the instant noodles is to put the noodles into a pot with water, throw in the powder and let it cook for 3 mins around and then ready to eat.

4. only at this stage when the fire is off, and while the water is very hot, put the ingredient with the powder into the water, to make noodle soup.
5. however, if you need dry noodles, take out the noodles n add the ingredient with the powder and toss it to get dry noodles.

A 2006 report by AME Mineral Economics states that Indonesia has become the world’s top thermal coal-producing area, taking a distinct lead over former top producers Australia and South Africa. While many in the industry might attribute the change to better mining techniques or higher quality product, the real answer lies within a somewhat surprising realm -- transportation.
“A low cost transportation infrastructure is essential to the economic exporting of coal,” states KAL Energy CEO Cameron Reynolds. “It’s one of the reasons Indonesia has jumped ahead in the market; other areas in the world have simply failed to, or can’t, overcome infrastructure constraints.”
KAL Energy’s mineral claims are located in East Kalimantan, Indonesia -- a region of active coal export since the 1980s. According to Reynolds, several infrastructure elements allow the region to maintain world-leading production rates. Among these are rapid rates of scale production, a minimization of front-loaded capital expenditures and diminished unit costs in comparison to competitors. The close proximity of Kal Energy’s mine properties to both the Mahakam and Kadang Pahu Rivers provide for low cost barge transport of coal.
“While other regions around the world are stuck at a certain level of production, places like Kalimantan, in Indonesia, continue to ramp their production massively,” says Reynolds. “It’s definitely a factor that I think investors are starting to realize.” Kal Energy has recently become a public company, trading under the symbol KALG.
KAL Energy has already secured the rights to an estimated geological resource of 192 million tons of thermal coal. This coal has been identified to have a very low sulphur and ash content which allows it to be utilized for more environmentally friendly electricity generation than many other Asian coals. They have made plans to produce and ship 200,000 tons of its product to end users in the latter half of 2007, with additional plans to scale production to 5 million tons per year within the next four years and 15 million tons per year on a long-term basis, after the successful completion of the exploration program and subsequent world class mining feasibility study. The company expects further long-term demand through Coal-to-Liquid (CTL) technologies.
“When you find an advantage, you exploit it in every way possible; and that’s exactly what we plan to do long into the future,” adds Reynolds.
